My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. In a word, Coach Kris is awesome. I’ve exercised fairly regularly throughout my adult life and
was in decent shape when I met Kris, but she coached me to my best fitness level in over thirty
years. She is as dedicated to your health and fitness as you are, and she will push you in the
best way to achieve results you wouldn’t have thought possible. I first met her a couple of
years ago, where she was the head coach at a gym that was opening soon. Before the doors
opened that autumn, Kris held free outdoor workouts throughout the summer. They were
some of the best total-body fitness workouts I’ve experienced. After the gym opened, Kris lead
me through an 8-week fitness challenge, along with about a dozen other members of the gym
on her team. True to her nature, Kris again went above and beyond by holding extra free
workout classes for her team. Through her balanced focus on exercise and nutrition, she
coached me to achieve a dramatic increase in muscle-to-fat ratio while losing 14 pounds. If

Kris was the first person I met when I walked into the gym. I had no idea at that time how much my life would change for the better.
I was looking for a place to workout that provided structure but also some latitude as I gained confidence. Kris immediately showed that she would be the one to provide it.
She has the unique and innate ability to push you beyond your limits while simultaneously making you feel comfortable in doing so. Her support and motivation is strong and she will push you but in such a way that you feel like if you don't challenge yourself, you're letting her down along with yourself. She was able to tailor her instruction for everyone in the class by providing modifications for those who needed it while simultaneously providing added challenges to each exercise. She had a way of getting me to tap into a mental toughness that made me embrace each challenge. Because of her, I now know how to challenge myself. I am forever grateful and appreciative for what she has done. Even in her absence, I won't allow myself to let her down!
